The old has passed away, the new has come.

14 Oct
Why do good things in life always have to end so fast? They come surprising you, then in the blink of an eye, leaves just like that. All is left are memories you can’t buy anywhere else. Sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter. But whatever the experiences you have gained, they were all there to serve a definite purpose.
The present does not linger. That’s why we must always cherish it. Live it. Enjoy it to the fullest. Make full use of it to guarantee a better tomorrow. One of my mottos in life is not to take things for granted. Even the smallest detail or event that happened to you might not seem important now, but you would be surprised at how much it will impact your future, be it near or distant. And those tiniest detail might just turn out to be your most magical moment in life.
Just like your favourite TV show which had just ended, you wish that happier things in life will always continue on. But if that happens, there would be nothing special about life anymore. Everyday will be the same, boring routine. Where’s the fun in it?
These moments that you treasure at heart will fade away in time, but will always abide in our hearts forever. That’s why I want to make the most of every opportunity. Who cares if I fail to fulfill my target? Like they say, it’s wiser to try and risk a 50/50 percent chance of winning, than to not trying at all. One thing’s for sure, every effort that you put in will surely bear its fruits, sooner or later.
The year 2009 is also ending, giving way to year 2010. A brand new start, a brand new chance. Who knows of all the possibilities that could happen to us…? =P

Expect the best, Prepare for the worst.

09 Oct
Come forward as servants of Islam, organize the people economically, socially, educationally and politically and I am sure that you will be a power that will be accepted by everybody.

Expect the best, Prepare for the worst.
Failure is a word unknown to me.

Islam expect every Muslim to do this duty, and if we realize our responsibility time will come soon when we shall justify ourselves worthy of a glorious past.
My message to you all is of hope, courage and confidence. Let us mobilize all our resources in a systematic and organized way and tackle the grave issues that confront us with grim determination and discipline worthy of a great nation.
No nation can rise to the height of glory unless your women are side by side with you. No struggle can ever succeed without women participating side by side with men.
Our object should be peace within, and peace without. We want to live peacefully and maintain cordial friendly relations with our immediate neighbours and with the world at large.
Pakistan not only means freedom and independence but the Muslim Ideology which has to be preserved, which has come to us as a precious gift and treasure and which, we hope other will share with us.
That freedom can never be attained by a nation without suffering and sacrifice has been amply borne out by the recent tragic happenings in this subcontinent.
There are two powers in the world; one is the sword and the other is the pen. There is a great competition and rivalry between the two. There is a third power stronger than both, that of the women.
Think 100 times before you take a decision, But once that decision is taken, stand by it as one man.
We are victims of evil customs. It is a crime against humanity that our women are shut up within the four walls of the houses as prisoners. There is no sanction anywhere for the deplorable condition in which our women have to live. We should have a State in which we could live and breathe as free men and which we could develop according to our own lights and culture and where principles of Islamic social justice could find free play.
With faith, discipline and selfless devotion to duty, there is nothing worthwhile that you cannot achieve. You have to stand guard over the development and maintenance of Islamic democracy, Islamic social justice and the equality of manhood in your own native soil.
We must work our destiny in our own way and present to the world an economic system based on true Islamic concept of equality of manhood and social justice. We will thereby be fulfilling our mission as Muslims and giving to humanity the message of peace which alone can save it and secure the welfare, happiness and prosperity of mankind.
Pakistan is proud of our youth, particularly the students, who are nation builders of tomorrow. They must fully equip themselves by discipline, education, and training for the arduous task lying ahead of them.
I shall always be guided by the principles of justice and fairplay without any, as is put in the political language, prejudice or ill-will, in other words, partiality or favouritism. My guiding principle will be justice and complete impartiality, and I am sure that with your support and co-operation, I can look forward to Pakistan becoming one of the greatest nations of the world.
Do not forget that the armed forces are the servants of the people and you do not make national policy; it is we, the civilians, who decide these issues and it is your duty to carry out these tasks with which you are entrusted”. ( By Quaid-e-Azam; July 1, 1948 & Aug 14, 1947)

Month of Ramadan Kareem.

02 Sep
Ramadan Kareem is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Every day during this month, Muslims around the world spend the daylight hours in a complete fast.
During the blessed month of Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during the daylight hours. As a time to purify the soul, refocus attention on God, and practice self-sacrifice, Ramadan is much more than just not eating and drinking. Muslims are called upon to use this month to re-evaluate their lives in light of Islamic guidance. We are to make peace with those who have wronged us, strengthen ties with family and friends, do away with bad habits — essentially to clean up our lives, our thoughts, and our feelings. The Arabic word for “fasting” (sawm) literally means “to refrain” – and it means not only refraining from food and drink, but from evil actions, thoughts, and words. During Ramadan, every part of the body must be restrained. The tongue must be restrained from backbiting and gossip. The eyes must restrain themselves from looking at unlawful things. The hand must not touch or take anything that does not belong to it. The ears must refrain from listening to idle talk or obscene words. The feet must refrain from going to sinful places. In such a way, every part of the body observes the fast.
Therefore, fasting is not merely physical, but is rather the total commitment of the person’s body and soul to the spirit of the fast. Ramadan is a time to practice self-restraint; a time to cleanse the body and soul from impurities and re-focus one’s self on the worship of God.
Keep me in your prayers.

Tomorrow will be a Better Day

15 Aug
Your career has its ups and downs
We all have or have had career slumps and they do pass. If you are feeling “slumpish” these days, know that you will look back one day and recognize the valuable lessons you’ve learned from this time in your life. Everything happens for a reason-you just might not know the reason yet.
If this is a down period for you, the good news is it’s up from here.
While You Are Figuring Things Out, Trust That Tomorrow Will Be A Better Day. Here’s How To Focus On What’s Yet To Come:
1. Write Down What You Want Your Future To Look Like
Create a picture of where you see yourself in the future. Your picture can be one of where you want to be in a day, a week, a month, a year, or even farther into the future. This picture gives your journey a clear and reachable destination and provides focus.
Close your eyes. Let your imagination take over. Get in touch with what you really want and what is important to you. Ask yourself what you want and get your answers down on paper. Keep this description with you and look at it every day. Great things tend to happen to those who know where they are going.

2. Have A Plan

Once you have your answers, you can begin to put them into a formal structure.
Having a plan is vital to your success. With a plan, a fulfilling career will be far easier to achieve. Without a plan, you will be working far harder than you have to.
The trick is to be clear about the steps that are necessary to ensure your success. The more specific you can be in describing your steps, the better. Figuring out in detail what steps you will take-and when you will take them-is the foundation of your plan.
Another reason to create a plan is that it will prevent your goals from becoming overwhelming. The temptation to feel overwhelmed is normal. You are, after all, about to jumpstart your career. The structure of your plan will give you comfort and help you get moving again.

3. Take Action
Action is essential to your success. And, one of the best ways to keep your momentum going is having the steps you created in your plan written into your calendar.
Use your calendar as your friend to help guide you and keep you on track. Having a calendar will help determine whether you reach your goal or not. If your steps are written into your calendar, there is a higher probability that you can quickly check them off your list, because what you need to do is in front of you. If your steps are not in your calendar, they probably will not get done, because you may forget what you need to do.
Your calendar is your friend. Begin your friendship by opening your calendar and entering the steps from your plan into it. Commit to doing at least one thing every day, whether you feel like it or not. One action per day leads to a substantial number of actions taken over time. This is how you will be successful.
4. Tell Yourself That Greatness Is Waiting For You
The workplace, from time to time, can take a toll on your self-esteem. For example, if you are working in an environment that is filled with negativity, it will be harder for you to be positive. If your boss tells you daily that your work is no good, it will be harder for you to believe in your abilities. If you have been out of work for some time, it will be harder for you to trust that you have something worthwhile to contribute to the workplace, or more difficult to think why someone would hire you.
How you view yourself is how the world views you, too. If you are confident, the world sees a confident individual. If you don’t feel good about yourself (for whatever reason), the world sees a person they don’t have to pay much attention to.
Many clients have asked me whether I think they will be successful in reaching their goals. My answer is yes-if they do the work and they believe in themselves.
So, what do you say? You only have one life to live, so it might as well be a

Web Life Cycle

02 Aug

Every website planted on the Internet unfortunately do not grow. Some never get planted, some simply fail to grow, some struggle for a while and then disappear, and only a few happen to stay, grow and prosper. There are several factors playing role to filter the best websites to reach the top of the competition and be successful.
First and most important factor is understanding what is the Web Life Cycle. Only if you take your website through a healthy life cycle it will grow and be fruitful. Web success rate is only 5% when hundreds and thousands of websites are launched every day.

Let’s discuss step by step the Web Life Cycle:

1. Planning
A website need to have a clear plan of action. Its purpose, its features, and how it will serve its Target Users. Based on the plan a Domain Name following your Brand Theme is required. The concept of the website should be focused on its ideology and the whole website should be in the same theme.

Market competition analysis is very important to understand where our Web Service can make the difference. More also it help us analyze how people are currently working in the industry.

The plan should include a time line, investment budget, and third party resources and services required to make it happen.

2. Vendor Selection
Vendors are available everywhere, from our neighborhood to friends at Facebook. Building a website is not a myth anymore, however a professional and high impact website requires much more efforts and skills.

You should contact multiple web development parties, by sending them your website requirement plan. You can send them a summary of your project and see what they propose you and for how much. Contacting vendors having experience in your industry help you to make a decision.

Vendor and technology selection is the backbone of the website’s future. By having a comparison between multiple suggestions, technologies, and proposals, you can help decide your best partner for the development or setup of the website. Single or multiple vendors may work on a web project.

Many of the website technologies such as shopping carts to social media portals are available ready made under free Opensource licensing. However for certain projects custom web development might work best. The solution is different form person to person, and destiny is different for everyone.

3. Testing & Setup
Once the website is ready, it should be tested by normal users to get necessary feedback to know if its ready to use. Usability testing does not cost much but can help in a big way. Many websites are never tested properly before they are launched. There are several testing methods and techniques which include multiple browsers testing, multiple operating systems and screen sizes testing. Website security testing etc.

Once everything is working okay the site is placed online.

Until this time, we are so exhausted with fixing all that HTML, hosting and DNS things. Most of us think that this is it and the job is done. Now the website will make a lot of money. While this is just the start of the cycle, the actual life cycle which will grow the website is yet to start.

4. Internet Public Relations, Social Media, & Marketing
Introduce your website through various social media sites on the Internet such as Google, Facebook, Twitter etc. Exchange links with your related sites. Go to other famous (high traffic) forums related to your industry and discuss issues with people there. Tweet about your business and activities. Engage with people by all means and perform an energetic campaign to build your public relations over the Internet.

You will get a lot of feedback from the social media about your website and how can you improve it further. Remember, nothing is perfect, and everything needs enhancements to grow.

There are unlimited activities you can perform on the Internet and also offline in the real world for the marketing and development of your website into a successful project for you.

5. Monitoring & Maintenance
There are several paid and free tools available to monitor websites. Best of them which we like is Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools. These tools let you monitor your website very closely to identify errors and also help in search engine rankings.

This monitoring let us know what people like and not in our website. The statistics include a lot of information such as where the traffic on the website is coming from, which pages are they viewing, from which pages people leave the website etc. All this information help us to decide what changes and enhancements we need to make.

6. Enhancements & Upgrades
All websites need continues enhancements and upgrades. These must be performed in order to provide fresh information on the website. Fix problems and issues disturbing the audience.
A website which is never updated, offers no interest to its viewers. Users of a website need it to have something new every time they come back.

Introduce new features, and segments in the website as per your business plan made initially. Provision for the growth of the website is very important while building the website initially. Do not make the mistake of getting a static website, a dynamic website can help you grow, by adding more pages time to time. For example a blog can have as many pages as we want.

The process of growth is continues. We keep on moving between 4th, 5th and 6th step of continues promotion, monitoring and upgrades of the website. More we do these steps, further it will take us. Its simple!
